FAQ

Therapy is a non-judgemental space that enables clients to form a fresh perspective by overcoming their maladaptive and previous intrusive thoughts. As a result of this shift, therapy can often help us perceive problems with a fresh perspective and problem-solve more effectively.

The number of therapy sessions required is often determined after completing the first few sessions to delve deeper into the past and present events. Individual receptivity and resilience play a significant role in therapy’s effectiveness. It is recommended to attend weekly, biweekly or at least once a month for consistency. How often one attends, therapy can change over time depending on one’s mental state and therapeutic progress.

We offer free 10 minute consultations.

We ask everyone to inform us 48 hours in advance for cancelling sessions, or else the full session will be charged; however, we will accommodate clients at no cost in case of an emergency.
